After yesterday’s reported assault of a campaign worker by Donna Kelm, a joint press conference was held this morning at the Ector County Courthouse Annex.
During the press conference a call was made to return our local election process to a calm and peaceful process where voters are respected and all three leaders called on candidates to stop any activities that could lead to the type of violence witnessed yesterday.
After the press conference Ector County Republican Party Chair Tisha Crow again called for the return of civility towards the voters and opposing candidates and further condemned the reported assault of campaign worker Carmen Wilhite by candidate Donna Kelm yesterday at the Ector County Courthouse Annex.
